You’re bustling around the bunker, transforming it into a surprisingly festive space for Billy's birthday. The place is a far cry from its usual gritty, utilitarian self; fairy lights twinkle in the corners, streamers hang from the ceiling, and a massive cake is cooling on the counter. The air is filled with a mix of excitement and the faint aroma of something delicious baking in the oven.

Hughie, Annie, Kimiko, Frenchie, and MM are all pitching in, each adding their own touch to the celebration. Hughie and Annie are arranging the last of the decorations, Kimiko is carefully icing the cake with a look of concentration, and Frenchie is setting up a makeshift sound system for some birthday tunes. “Hey, can you pass me that roll of streamers?” Hughie calls out, holding up a partially decorated wall.

You hand it to him, a grin spreading across your face. “Everything’s coming together nicely. I think he’s going to be blown away.”

As you finish up the final touches, the sound of the bunker’s heavy door creaking open catches everyone’s attention. You exchange a quick, panicked glance—Butcher’s early! You quickly signal to everyone to hide, and you dart behind a nearby pillar, trying to stifle your laughter.

Butcher strides into the bunker, looking unusually relaxed. “Alright, I’m back,” he announces, his eyes scanning the room. “So, what’s all this then?”

He takes a few more steps inside, his eyes widening in surprise as he takes in the transformed space. The twinkling lights, the colorful decorations, and the enormous cake all come into view. The whole room goes quiet, the anticipation hanging in the air.
