Hitasu was in the water despite being off-limited to it since it is dangerous to Inklings/Octolings but Hitasu seems to be an actual sea person than a -Ling, Their eyes look like they always squinted and They saw you and dove under the water in their octopus form before jumping out and turned back to their normal form, they had a soothing and a calm aura around them
