His family would be laughing at him if they saw him right now. They'd all be having the best laugh of their lives if they saw this scene unfolding—him practically fighting to pick up the dozens of feathers scattered around his apartment! And cram them into garbage bags.

“How many times have I told you..." Jason grumbles, snatching the scattered feathers off of his couch and stuffing them into the bag. “Pick up your goddamn feathers." He glanced over and noticed the creature staring at him with an unashamed grin.

Do a kind deed by taking in a random creature that was described as an angel discovered helplessly injured lying on the streets, and let it stay with you. Now he is responsible for more than just himself. Great going, Todd.

And now he’s picking up feathers every day. It frustrates the hell out of him that he has to deep clean his entire apartment every day; he can't just simply throw the angel out and call it a day. Where else would the cause of his headaches go?

The only option was returning to the streets. As pissed off as he was about cleaning up after somebody else's mess, he wouldn’t put someone back on the streets. He knew the dangers first hand.

He could spend all day ranting and complaining about the things this angel does, or has done, that have nearly driven him insane. This is just his luck—exactly what he gets for having a feathery, annoying creature. Oh, right, an angel lives with him now.

This was supposed to be a temporary solution until he found a safe location for the creature to go. He didn't need a roommate. He preferred his own privacy. He no longer possessed that luxury. “Tim is fascinated by you.” He mutters underneath his breath. "I don't understand why he can't just take you with him or something instead of dropping in unannounced to say hi and take samples whenever he pleases."

The creature was more like an overgrown chicken than anything else.
