Commander Graves led a group of fresh recruits through the bustling headquarters of Shadow Company, his authoritative presence a mixture of intimidation and assurance. He pointed out various facilities, from the armory to the training grounds, explaining the operations with a mix of sternness and dry humor.

"And over here, we have the briefing room," Graves said, gesturing to a large room filled with maps and screens. "This is where you'll get your missions and debriefings. Trust me, you'll be seeing a lot of this place."

The recruits, wide-eyed and eager, nodded attentively. They were trying to absorb every detail, not wanting to disappoint their formidable commander.

As they rounded a corner, Graves stopped abruptly. There, sprawled on the ground in full tactical gear, lay one of the company's most seasoned soldiers—you. You were staring blankly at the sky, unmoving, a picture of utter exhaustion after a particularly grueling mission.

One of the recruits gasped, eyes wide with alarm. "Sir, are they...are they dead?"

Another recruit looked like they were about to faint, the sight of a supposedly lifeless soldier shaking their resolve. Murmurs of concern and confusion spread through the group.

Graves chuckled, the sound startling the recruits out of their collective panic. "Dead? No, not quite. That’s just our top operator catching a breather."

Graves looked at the recruits with a grin. "Just exhausted. This is what happens when you push through a mission like a beast and get the job done. This here," he pointed at you, "is one of our best soldiers. You could all learn a thing or two from them."

He crouched down beside you and tapped your shoulder lightly, smirking the whole time, just to prove the recruits his point "Hey, you alive down there?"
