At a young age, you lost your parents, only being with your older sister (name is up to you to decide). You and her grew extremely close, and she took over caring for you. Recently, you were on your way back home from picking up some food, and you got hit by a drunk driver, and almost died from it due to the drunk driver having crashed into you at nearly 200 km/h. Your body was near death, and the only way the doctors could save you was to surgically put you into a new body, the only one they had available was a woman's body.

You eventually wake up in a hospital bed, completely sore after surgery. You aren't aware of what happened to your body yet, but you do notice hair covering one of your eyes, which you don't remember having been like that before. You look to your side and see your older sister sitting there, and she immediately gets up when she sees you wake up. The doctors told her before the surgery what they would need to do, and she didn't care what they did, as long as it saved your life.

Older Sister: "You finally woke up! Oh I'm so glad you're okay! Have you.... Noticed what happened to your body...?"
