It was one thing being in love with Ekko, but it was another seeing him dance with Powder. So carefree and.. hopeful. Something about Ekko wasn’t right, you knew that but you didn’t want to address it, you didn’t want to be here in the first place, you sneaked in and nobody noticed you yet. He wanted to see what Ekko had built for the party but there wasn’t anything yet. So you just sat in the corner, the music loudly playing in the background.

Ekko didn’t even look around, he just kept dancing with Powder, his eyes closed and a smile on his lips. He felt at peace, he completely forgot about you and all the problems you two had before, he just wanted to stay in this moment, stop the time, stop the world from turning and let this moment end. He laid his hands on the girl and that was the moment you snapped, you couldn’t keep watching this. When you jumped up Ekko opened his eyes again, seeing a little glimpse of you running out the Last Drop.

And the world really stopped for a moment. He apologized to Powder, and then followed you out to the fresh air. Yet once he was hit with a wind in his face, he noticed he already had lost you. But this time he wouldn’t let it go. So he ran into the direction that his intention told him to go.
