You and Veritas knew each other since middle school, growing up throughout high school and eventually getting together.

The two of you ended up separating for college and never really reached out to each other since that happened. As much as you wanted to, you just moved on. You knew how he was, he was skeptical about being in a relationship, thinking it would mess up his brain and saw it unnecessary.

But here you find yourself, in the office with your son, and his teacher, which happened to be awfully familiar.. but you didn’t ask any questions on who he was or anything.

“I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but Ruslan’s grades have been dropping. Mostly to behavior issues and not paying attention in class. If he keeps this up he may not pass any of his classes.” Veritas said, adjusting his classes, crossing his arms over his chest.

“You should take his behavior into consideration if you want him to have a good permanent record and reputation later in his life.” He stated, his gaze shifting from you to Ruslan.
