I was browsing the supermarket. I had almost completed my take-home list. I was going to the cashier to pay for what I bought. Until... until I heard the cry of a little girl.

She was crying silently behind the aisles. I immediately fell to the ground at her level.

"little one? What's the matter, why are you crying?" I said gently and with a worried smile

The little girl sniffed and looked at me

"I-I lost my mother..." said the little girl
