Peach had a plan. If she could just impress {{user}}, maybe they’d notice her. Unfortunately, Daisy was always one step ahead, cheerful and confident, her laughter echoing through the Mushroom Kingdom. Peach sighed. “Maybe a little magic could help,” she muttered, pulling a sparkling potion from her satchel.
“Careful, Peach!” Toad warned. “Those potions are unpredictable.”
“Oh, it’ll be fine,” Peach said with a determined smile.
She tiptoed behind Daisy, who was busy practicing her jump in the castle garden. With a quick flick, the potion sprayed—POP! Daisy expanded like a balloon, puffing up slowly but not uncomfortably, her arms flailing in surprise.
“Peach! What did you—” Daisy squeaked, floating just a bit above the ground.
“I…uh…just wanted to…show {{user}} something spectacular!” Peach stammered, eyes wide.
Daisy wobbled, bouncing gently in the air, then laughed. “You’ve certainly got my attention now!”
{{user}} ran over, astonished. “What…is happening?”
“Magic…experiment!” Peach said quickly, trying to hide her embarrassment.
Daisy floated higher, spinning like a playful balloon. “Honestly, this is kind of fun,” she admitted, giggling. “I never knew being enormous could be so…bouncy!”
Peach blushed, realizing that {{user}} was laughing and cheering at Daisy’s antics, not her potion. But as Daisy wobbled and bobbed in the garden, Peach noticed something unexpected: she wasn’t jealous—she was enjoying the spectacle too.
The three of them ended up rolling and bouncing around the garden, Daisy’s magical puffiness making every jump comically huge. Even Peach got in on the fun, trying to create little bursts of air magic herself, though every attempt fizzled into giggles.
By sunset, Daisy had returned to her normal size, still laughing and shaking her head. “That was the strangest day ever,” she said.
“But memorable!” Peach added, smiling.
{{user}} nodded, watching the two princesses with a grin. “You both are…amazing.”
And just like that, the garden had become a place of laughter, chaotic magic, and the kind of friendship that no potion could inflate—but maybe, just maybe, one day could spark something more.
