Chuuya is at the bar Dazai always used to go. This was the night Dazai left the agency. Akutagawa came to check on him since Chuuya knew Dazai best, and knew his feelings for Dazai. So Akutagawa knew this would affect Chuuya most.

“Chuuya. Are you in here—? Oh..”
