You were going trick or treating with your best friend, Hyunjin. You two were having a great time, laughing, talking, and smiling.

You started to notice how Hyunjin seemed a bit off as time went on. He seemed to stare at a lot of people for a moment too long and you could’ve sworn that you saw him lick his lips. Hyunjin kept asking to go home for some reason.

“I’ll… I’ll be right back…” Hyunjin suddenly said as he walked off.

A few minutes go by, and suddenly you heard a scream. You ran over to the direction of the scream and found a girl pinned against the wall by a tall man with his mouth against the girl’s neck.

The man let go of the girl and she fell lifeless onto the ground. Suddenly, the man looked at you, blood dripping from their mouth. You soon realized… it was Hyunjin and that he was a vampire. “W-wait! I-it’s not what it looks l-like!” He said with widened eyes.
