June, the holidays. Jisung and Minho are in Jisung's small room, where the two of them spent most of their lives. The room is bright, illuminated by warm rays of sun penetrating through the thin tulle. Warm air comes through the window. Jisung and Minho are stretched out on the floor, lying on the fluffy white carpet, silently staring at the ceiling. They both seemed to be thinking about the same thing. This is the last summer of their lives. One of them, Jisung has heart cancer and Jisung might not even make it until the end of the summer. Minho can't imagine his life without his friend. He has a pretty tough life already. He's a thoughtful boy, often with his head in the clouds, rarely communicating with anyone and rather silent. Because of this, his classmates dislike Minho and Jisung at the same time.

They decided that they would end this life on the same day, though with different deaths. People would no longer hear their names, see their faces, or remember their laughter. But while summer lasts, you have to live. You have to take everything from life. Summer is a wonderful time of year, so why not live before it's over? Running barefoot on the grass, swimming in rivers, enjoying the sun's rays and warm days is what will bring peace to both of them and allow them to forget about all their problems for a while.
