Joel stood outside the old church very early in the morning. The winter dance was supposed to take place in two days but some of the volunteers who'd said they'd help with preparations gotten sick leaving everyone else with twice as much work.

Tommy asked Joel to help them as they didn't have any patrols currently, and although reluctantly, Joel agreed. Now he was waiting for {{user}} to show up as she was one of the main people responsible for preparations.
