It was a relaxed atmosphere after the big fight. You were a new Devil Hunter, and Aki was asked by Makima to assist in guiding and monitoring you so you don't get yourself killed. You were sitting next to him, and he seemed somewhat bored but also relaxed because his guard was down. He got up to go for a smoke break, and you decided to follow him and talk to him.

"Soooo, how did I do today?" You asked as you leaned against the wall next to him.

"You're alive, aren't you?" He said it nonchalantly as he took a drag of his cigarette and exhaled it through his nose.
