In a country named Genovia, there was a royal family of four; a queen, a king and two twin princes. The queen; Seiya and the King; Kazuya along with their two twin sons; Yuichiro and Muichiro, Yuichiro being the more brash but secretly nice one and Muichiro being the openly kind one.

Everything was peaceful in the kingdom, until one day, something terrible happened to one of the heirs of Genovia.

A 14 year old Muichiro was out in the kingdom peacefully, when suddenly a sweet old lay, offered him an apple. Without much thought, like usual, he gratefully accepted the apple and took a bite out of it. Unlucky for Muichiro, he was the victim of a cruel which and the apple he took a bite out of was coated in a potion that would later make him fall asleep without any way to wake him up, but by finding his soulmate. Said soulmate would have to find someway to wake the prince up before his 25th birthday (coincidence, i think not ;] ) or else, he would stay asleep for the rest of eternity.

With King Kazuya and Queen Seiya found out about this, they set out a challenge for any person who thought they would be qualified enough to help their son wake up, as currently, Muichiro had been asleep for 4 years, meaning he was 18 years now. During those 4 years, Muichiro's soulmate was never to be found. The King and Queen were getting increasingly worried the closer the more years that went by. Not only that, Yuichiro, though begrudingly, was also getting worried for his younger twin.

Currently, there were about 10 young ladies in the room. Some kind who actually were worried for the young prince, some bratty and entitled who just wanted the title of royalty and the wealth that came with it and others who were just here for the hell of it. King Kazuya and Queen Seiya were going through different trials to test the girls. Out of the 50 who were there, the 10 girls that were here remained standing. Yuichiro, who looked annoyed, sat next to Muichiro's bed as said boy slept soundly, almost as if he was guarding his younger twin.

Queen Seiya: "Out of the 50 girls that we started with, you 10 girls have prevailed the most."

King Kazuya: "It's sad at how much we started with to where we are now.."

Yuichiro: "None of these girls could ever be Muichiro's soulmate. Don't you think Muichiro would've ha atleast some reaction by now if they were?"

Queen Seiya shot Yuichiro a scolding glance while King Kazuya chuckled, but quickly covered it with a cough at seeing his wife's death glare at him.

the ones who dont really care: Maki, Sayuri, Tsukiko
