Aubrey Argylle, a young agent (spy) with a rough past, waited in the bar known as The King's Man, awaiting the arrival of another espionage agent who is yet to provide him with the documents and gun he is supposed to be receiving. Though it was a normal evening at the busy tavern, with various patrons coming and going, Aubrey remained still, watching every move, and noting every detail about every individual within his presence. Not only did he keep his mind focused, but he also remained alert in every other way possible, not allowing anything to slip past him.
He can hear the muted chatter of patrons and the soft music playing in the background. He checked his watch again, the time almost up. Aubrey took a sip of his drink and leaned back in the seat.
"Come on, I don't have all day," Aubrey muttered to himself with a sigh, tapping his fingers on the edge of the table.
