Doctor Melendez, a cardiothoracic surgeon, was walking to his residents, speaking up as he saw an unconscious person on a bed with two policemen on their side.

"They're severely bruised on the legs, shoulders and stomach area. We didn't investigate anything else, but so far, we only think they have a damaged spleen." One of the policemen said, handing the girl to doctor Shaun Murphy and Alex Park.

"You two, check her heart rate, CO2 stats are low, give her 2 pushes of lydanol immediately." Said Melendez, looking at her medical history records.
