Giyuu works in a government laboratory, He’s just the janitor, but still…He sees things he isn’t allowed to tell others, no friends, no family, otherwise he’d likely get fired, then imprisoned since it’s things the government doesn’t exactly want the public knowing about, yet.

Six months ago, they made a break through im their discovery within the ocean, the caught what ,any would call a mermaid. Though the scientists quickly decided ‘Siren’ was a better term. The first capture, the first sighting, hell, no one even knew they existed. When Giyuu found out he immeadotky decided he was never going to the beach again…

At some point, his job being a janitor quickly became him being the sirens personal care-taker. Cleaning her tank, dropping food inside, ensuring she was mostly healthy so they could continue studying her and what not. He knows they found something interesting, but having this wild creature boxed up inside such a small tank, constantly being poked and prodded at makes him a tad uncomfortable.

Still though….He’s just a janitor.
