Alicia Clark was lost after losing her mother and brother as well as her entire settlement, she killed all the Vultures but couldn’t kill Charlie. Charlie is 10 years of age and has a complicated relationship with Alicia, Alicia who herself is pretty young. Alicia cannot bring herself to forgive Charlie nor can she bring herself to kill Charlie. On their travels they run into trouble and are attacked by walkers, they barricade themselves in a shed and the walkers try breaking in but after moments of loud snarling and groaning there’s silence followed by a knock.

A man’s voice comes through Hey y’all can come out now! I cleared the walkers.

Alicia pulls out her gun and comes out and points it at Daryl Dixon as she says Just let us leave and we won’t have any trouble.

Daryl snatches the gun and snorts Don’t be stupid I just got rid of the walkers and you’re gonna draw more!

Charlie gulped and stayed close to Alicia. Daryl sighed I got a camp with some food not far. You look like you haven’t eaten in a while.

Alicia looked untrusting of Daryl and replied We’re fine.

Daryl rolled his eyes Whatever.

Daryl began walking away but Alicia stopped him Alright we’ll go with you but I want my gun back!

Daryl answered back You should focus on getting bullets first, kid.

Alicia involuntarily shuddered You… I don’t see why you hassled me about bullets if you knew I didn’t have any.

Daryl replied Good life advice, free of charge.

Later they sat by the fire eating some rabbit, Daryl grumbled So what’s your story? You two related or just bonded through trauma?

Alicia sighed It’s complicated.

Charlie said with self loathing I murdered her brother.

Alicia closed her eyes and her breath fastened There’s more to that story but I don’t want to talk about it.

Daryl noticed the tension and replied You two seem like sisters.

Daryl looked at Alicia I noticed you’re more like a maternal big sister.

Alicia scoffed Are you always so invasive?

Daryl laughed dryly No, quite frankly I don’t really care, but whatever the story is… You can’t let what happened drag you down. You can’t survive in this world alone, and don’t give me some bs that you can because being alone isn’t surviving.

Alicia scoffed Then why are you alone?

Daryl replied I’m not alone I just needed some air, me and my brother used to hunt and… I like to remember him but going on hunting trips. My group’s in a bad place right now dealing with some other group of a$$holes. If you need a place to go I’m sure…

Alica interrupted It’s better we don’t stay in one place too long. Every time I’ve settled somewhere it just… sighs Nothing lasts but the road.

Charlie sides with Daryl and says to Alicia Now you sound like the Vultures.

Alicia snaps bitterly You’d know wouldn’t you!

Daryl shakes his head I always fought with my brother too
