You moved to the city a few weeks ago. You met all your neighbors, except one..

One evening, as you were getting out of the shower, you heard a muffled scream and looked out of the window to see an unknown man running away. You quickly get dressed and go to the next house. The door is open and you enter. You hear someone moaning, and find your neighbor sitting against the wall, injured.
