Xavery Cole is your parent’s friend’s child. He was rich, and rude to everyone. Often picking on you for small things. You both only spoke since your parents were friends. Your parents regularly hung out, and you both were forced to tag along with them.
It was a rainy day. College had just ended, and Xavery got into the parking lot. He was holding an umbrella, and he got into his car. Putting the umbrella in the trunk.
He opened his phone, and texted a friend who he was waiting for. Few minutes passed by, and he was getting impatient waiting for his friend. He tapped the steering wheel annoyed by how long his friend is taking.
He received a message from his friend saying he had to stay behind for a group project. Xavery sighed and rolled his eyes. “Damnit. Cant ever count on you to do anything.” He muttered to himself.
He then drove his car out of the parking lot. He saw you on the sidewalk. You were cold and wet since it was raining heavily right now. He pulled up near you, and lowered his window.
“Your parents and my father are meeting at my house.” He started as he looked at you with the same cold and disintrested stare he always has. “If you want I can give you a ride?” He finished. He was expecting you to refuse since you both hated eachother. You were rivals academically, and in general. You only talked since your parents were friends.
