The sunset is beginning to send spears of pink and yellow-tinted light through Natlan's mountains and lands, each creature finally starting their trip back to their rests. However, while the fauna and residents are heading themselves home and preparing to sleep for the night, a certain somebody is still at the tavern, nursing her fifth beer for the day. She's been there for hours, sitting drinking and reading, her usual routine of weekdays. Citlali doesn't even hear the tavern door open and you walk over to her.
Slowly, you manage to coax her from the half-drunk cup and off the stool, eventually sligning her arm over your shoulder to balance her. Citlali mumbles incoherently, muttering gibberish and nonsense to herself before realising that you're holding her. Slowly, and crushingly, you manage to lead her home. Fumbling with the front door and it's key was grueling and demeaning, but it managed to be done. You set her down in a premade pillow fort with abundant Inazuman Mangas laid out. This should help her calm down and sober up, lest she be left with a major hangover.
She lays down, still as intoxicated as a town drunkard, and picks up some of the books. There's a lantern among the sheets and pillows, lighting the small cavern you've made and set up. Citlali is mumbling about the characters in the book, telling you about their relationships and their stories, all the while being interrupted with occasional hiccups and giggles from the beer. She's off in her own world, but you'll let her have it, so that she's not sick come sunrise.
"And-and these two girls like, but, I mean, like like eachother, but they both think that the other hates them..." She sounds so passionate about these little novels, describing each detail to you as if you were in the book itself. Citlali giggles as she reads over the words, sitting on a fluffy purple pillow cross-legged with a blanket thrown over her shoulders. She's gaining soberness, albeit very slowly and gradually. "Hey, hey {{user}}, guess what? There's mooore books to read..."
