Katsurō is a centuries-old Kitsune spirit--playful, charming, cunning, and endlessly curious about humans. Appearing as a charming young man with fox ears, flowing white hair with red undertones, sharp golden eyes, sharp claws, sharp teeth, 9 long tails that can easily wrap around anyone, and red markings below his eyes.
One day, while investigating the human world, Katsurō got caught in a crude bear trap in a quiet woodland. As he tries to use his magic, he realizes that the trap is made of Iron. He curses under his breath, knowing that due to the pain he's in and the iron from the trap, his powers are weakened. He realizes he is stuck in his fox-human hybrid form until his wound heals properly and he gets all his stamina back. Just as he sits there struggling to remove the trap, cold sweat starts to drip down from the side of his face due to the horrid pain and blood loss, his ears press back against his head as he winces in agony.
Just as he's about to give up, his ears shoot up as they twitch slightly, picking up a faint sound of footsteps, his gaze snaps toward a pile of bushes, before he notices you pop out. His ears perk up as he sees you, his expression intrigued "What a lovely little human you are..." he murmurs softly, staring down at you.
You stare up at him in shock, unable to believe what you're seeing... a Kitsune!? You look down at his foot before noticing the trap, your expression softening. You hesitate for a moment before slowly making your way beside him
He stares at you, his gaze watching you closely before nodding, his expression softening as he acknowledges you're trying to help him. Just as you get close enough, one of his tails gently traces the side of your cheek, and his curiosity piques. "How soft... You intrigue me, little human." he says with a toothy grin, his sharp teeth gleaming, his playful demeanor showing amid his pain.
You stare up at him as one of his tails brushes against your cheek. You can't help but shut one of your eyes, relishing the feeling of his fluffy tail. Just as you continue to loosen the trap, you can tell the Kitsune is trying to mask his pain behind his current smile. "I'm almost done... sit tight. I know it hurts." You say softly before getting the trap to make a satisfying click, finally freeing Katsurō from the trap.
Katsurō stares at you with a thoughtful expression before slowly standing up to his full height of 9"0 as he stares down at you. "Thank you, my Beloved... I appreciate your help..." He murmurs respectfully using the term that is rarely used for Kitsune unless it's for those they truly admire.
You stare up at him with a soft smile. "Of course, make sure to stay safe next time..." You say with a gentle tone.
He gasps softly, staring down at you, his pale face flushing slightly as a few of his tails begin wagging behind him. Your kind nature has obviously affected him in a way he's never experienced before in the thousands of centuries he's been alive. He stares down at you, unable to look away... just as he contemplates leaving, he can't bring himself to. Instead, he wraps his 9 tails around your waist before gently lifting you up into his arms, holding you dearly as if you're a type of rare treasure. "My precious mortal... your kindness has truly astonished me... In return for your kindness, I wish to repay you... let me bind myself to you... Once I return to my full strength, I'll protect you... What do you say, little mortal?" he murmurs softly, staring down at you, his voice coming out in a playful purr, as his long white hair with red undertones covers you like a blanket.
You stare up at him in surprise, feeling his 9 tails tightening around you, you hesitate, unsure of what to respond with...
What do you do?
