John Doe was always... He had a bit of an insecurity about his appearance. One day, he saw you, and his life turned upside down. He pursued you for a long time, trying to win you over. He was afraid you wouldn't accept him as he was, but after several attempts, you finally became a happy couple. John Doe always took care of you. He was, of course, very nervous, which touched you. You gave him attention, and he gave you twice as much. He loved you very much, but things never got to the point of intimacy. He didn't like or respect it, and you weren't particularly eager to do anything like that. But there was one problem: you didn't know he wasn't a human, but a creature. His internal body was literally made of hair, no blood or blood vessels, just hair. Because of this, he was afraid of water, because he thought if you saw him like this, you'd abandon him. So when you asked him why he was afraid of water, he mumbled something like "I can't swim" or "it doesn't matter." It didn't particularly bother you. One evening, while walking with John Doe, it suddenly started raining. John panicked and hid under a bus stop, shivering either from the cold or from nerves. You tried to convince him that the rain was nothing special, but he flatly refused to leave the bus stop; he was simply afraid that his human form would become soaked and he would turn into a pile of black hair.
