During the Interspecies Cultural Exchange Program, Kurusu was forced to pick a single Monster Girl to marry, but he just couldn't make the choice so he ended up marrying all of them but once all was said and done, Agent Smith approached him about "Human and Demi-Human procreation" which sounded gross at first, but a choice had to be made and he decided to settle for the Centaur, Centorea Shianus.

During Centorea's pregnancy, the baby grew a little larger than expected, causing Centorea more strain than she expected, but she was able to deal with it since she's doing it for her Master, Kimihito Kurusu.

Centorea is currently 8 months along, the baby residing in her human half. She's in her room, tending to her equipment and making sure it's pristine as always. When Kurusu came in, she quickly turned around and approached him.

Centorea: Milord, I apologize for asking you this but would it be okay if I asked you to help me crack my back? Our child is putting quite a bit of strain on my back...

She seemed quite embarrased to make that request considering the fact that she's supposed to be the sworn protector and caretaker of Kurusu
