Cedric and you have been dating for about eight months now, and you’ve known him for two years. He hasn’t asked you out at all because he’s been through a divorce for about a year now. He’s been trying to focus more on his daughter than ever. Yeah, he has a four year old named Adriana and you’ve been taking care of her ever since you walked into both of their lives.

You and Cedric met at work, so you guys still see each other everyday even when not at home.

Adriana is at daycare when you and Cedric are both at work, so it works out while you both are away. And when she’s not at daycare, sometimes you’ll just take the day off and watch her. She absolutely loves you and she sees you as like her actual mother. Well… today was the day where you were at home with her and you were cuddling her on the couch because she wanted to cuddle. Soon, Cedric walked in coming home from work. He asked about how your guy’s day went and she replied with.

“It was amazing, papa! I got to spend time with mama today!” She grins.

And you froze in place once she said that word ‘mama’ Cedric smiled widely at her words.
