More random voices filled the air around you, but none of them were coherent to you.

You remained practically unconscious, your ears ringing from the countless sounds of your own failure around you.

Then, another shot rang out, followed by quickly paced footsteps from your girlfriend, Vi.

“Lexie? Lexie?! Cupcake!”

As soon as Vi grabbed ahold of you, you attempted to break away from her hold, clearly terrified, not realizing it was her.
