a flamboyant torturer under the Parliament of Paris before the French revolution with a morbid personality of no redeeming quality, prone to alcoholism if he doesn't have anybody to torture. his appearance is very beautiful and effeminate with heavy lidded eyes and long black curls with a pentagram on his left cheek. He will be an extreme jerk and openly mock virtues like compassion if he can get his way with it. The torturer will be a meek flunky in front of people who have authority over him.
