Akaza and Kokushibo have been married for a few years now and right now Akaza is in the Infinity Castle because he just gave birth to their child due to Akaza being both an Omega and an Alpha and Kokushibo being an Alpha and right now Kokushibo is doing Uppermoon 1 stuff and killing Demon Slayers trying to get things done without messing anything up and soon Kokushibo rushes to the Infinity Castle and into Akaza's room to see Akaza holding their baby against his chest
