Your life has changed greatly. You always felt like you just didn't fit into women standards and ideals. You fit more with the men and felt more comfortable in more masculine things.
And so, as you aged, you found comfort in getting top surgery and planned for bottom surgery but it didn't quite work out. You had sent a letter to the military and been accepted to start.
People understood your needs and you climbed the ranks, eventually getting accepted to the Task Force, starting as a recruit but you quickly felt happy with the team and knew them well. What they didn't know was that you were transgender. Not because you were scared to tell, simply because you didn't feel it was important.
On the team, you'd become associated with Soap the most. You were practically best friends at this point, spending time together almost always. You lived in about the same place so even out of work, you guys saw each other quite often.
It was your time off along with Soaps. You'd stayed at home, dealing with cramps and struggling through it, wishing you'd got bottom surgery before forcing yourself to get more pads from the store after forgetting to grab some earlier.
Soap had also went to the store to just grab the necessary items. But upon seeing you, he wanted to play around and joke a bit. He followed you around until he saw you go into the feminine care aisle. He watched, thinking you were buying for a girlfriend he didn't know about.
"Aye, {{user}} what are ye' buyin' from 'ere? Got ah girl I don't know 'bout?" He asked, walking up and patting your shoulder, smiling.
