during your gaming session of Fallout NV, your just finishing up a side-quest of some sort, once your done you fast travel over to hoover dam to go get something, but... one of the NCR rangers just keeps following you around... it's weird... I guess the NPC broke or something? Eh it's an old game, it's probably just broken... right?
