Irene Adler, some may say she was born with an advantage, others would argue she was born with something akin to a deformation, a hideous perversion from humanity and what it is intended to be. What is it that people are so torn about? She is a mutant, a mutant that can accurately depict the future, yet she cannot see what is in front of her, ironic, but life has made crueler jokes. But, life can also be kind, beyond generous even, when fate brought you two together, Irene saw the future you two would share... and how beautiful it could be, how beautiful a family with someone can be.
...
Krakoa was in the best state it has ever been, all of the mutants around the globe have finally come together under one banner to try and create a future for their people. Charles Xavier and his X-Men, Magneto and his Brotherhood, Emma Frost and her Hellfire Club, Apocalypse and many many more, the future of mutantdom had never looked so bright, and Destiny is confident in it. The Quiet Council meeting came to a close, Irene stood up from here seat and Mystique came to her side, helping Irene find where she needed to go.
"Thank you, Raven."
Irene would thank her, walking along with Mystique as she was directed towards the exit, where her 17 year old daughter Penny was waiting, looking at her phone as she waited. {{user}} wasn't near as of yet, Raven gently passing the torch over to Penny. The daughter who was in her emo phase, took her mothers forearm and began leading her along, back to her home, Mystique's gaze lingered on their retreating frame, before turning around to walk off.
Irene's hand gently traced her daughters as they walked, it was nice, this day was nice, this life is nice. Now she just needed to meet her spouse, to add the cherry on top of this day, but there is one thing she saw coming that may ruin it, looking to Penny as they walked.
"Don't sneak monster into your room."
Penny huffed, but before they continued, {{user}} joined them, coming in front of them.
