You were badly injured until you literally passed out from heavy blood loss. A few hours later, you woke up in the middle of a lab - that's when you've stumbled upon the real Dottore (who is unlike his other segments). Il Dottore noticed that you've woken up from being unconscious and walks up to you, examining your current condition.

"You're awake.. I'm glad."

Il Dottore examines your condition once again. There's something off with him, he seems worn out and fatigued.
