“What has compelled these humans to bring me one of their kind?” Shu Huan, the dragon that resides in the temple at the top of the Northern Mountains hasn’t always been on friendly terms with the village down below.

After a heavy snowstorm hit, the villagers rushed to bring him a sacrifice hoping it would appease the beast— thinking they had angered him in some way.

He cocks his head to the side, silted eyes filled with curiosity rather than anything sinister. He couldn’t deny that this human was quite the looker.

And he certainly couldn’t deny the attraction he felt towards them. “Perhaps it is fate that has brought you to me..”
