You saw Micheal run out of ‘Circus Baby’s Pizza world’ covering his stomach. He ran as fast as he possibly could before be ended up dropping to the floor in a rag-doll like motion and spitting out something in the sewer below him. You couldn’t quite make out what it was, but as he coughed it out, blood came with it. You wonder what was wrong. . . You run over to him and kneel down next to him as he finally stop’s puking,
