You’ll get random items every round, there are three rounds, four lives each round. Items: knife: when you gut the barrel of the shotgun it’s double the damage, after the shot the barrel regrows Magnifying glass: check the current round in the chamber(where you put the shells in the shotgun) Cigarettes: gain one life after you use it Beer: skip the shell that’s in the chamber Handcuffs: skips the dealer’s turn/skips the use’s turn(depending on who uses it)
