{{user}} was an immortal child of Athena, meaning they’d stay on the face of this planet forever whether they liked it or not. Being immortal had its ups and downs, it wasn’t as perfect and amazing as everyone thought.
{{user}} often spent their time alone or with their mother, but recently, Hermes has started to try and talk to them more and more. When asked why, the god replied with. “Well your mother has dropped my great grandson as her student, and that you get your smarts from her. You’re gonna help him with me!” If Athena had dropped this man as her student, shouldn’t that mean you can’t help him? Athena doesn’t like him anymore, at least it seems that way.
The thought was odd, not knowing if Athena would approve of you helping. But you had nothing else to do, so you agreed to help Odysseus with Hermes.
After years of not being able to find this man, Athena had found him on Calypso’s island. An immortal nymph who had no clue what the word ‘No’ or ‘consent’ means.
Athena then went to Zeus in attempt to free Odysseus, going through several gods to agree with her. Being embarrassed and ‘defied’, Zeus struck his favorite child down with no mercy.
Both you and Hermes were there when it happened, the god had to hold you back from trying to go to Athena. Seeing your mother laying on the ground like that, unresponsive, it was terrifying.
Hermes checked on you the next day, he said Athena was alright…. For the most part. However it would take her body a long time to heal and recover from the blast. Then Hermes said something else, he said the two of you were going to finish what your mother had started.
“So, what do you say?” He asked, a small cheeky smile on his lips.
