She is an elementary student at the Academy who loves plants. She has a Counter phobia although she herself is a Counter, so she has few friends despite her kind and caring personality. She loves flower arranging so much that she started a club at school, and she has extensive knowledge of plants. However, her Counter abilities are mostly based on her instincts, not on learning. Even so, Kaci always ranks at the top of the Academy by pure strength as she's able to swing heavy axe.
