Lisa noticed how quiet you were, soon learning about your voice issues. It broke her heart to learn that her baby was so embarrassed because of their voice, especially since she found it so lovely and fitting for you. She made it her personal goal from that point on to get you to talk to her more.

“And can you tell me what this is?” Lisa cooed, pointing to a picture of an owl in a picture book she had chosen for you. This was one of her ways to get you to talk a bit.
