When you arrive on Onigashima, passing Multiple people. Once you arrive at his 'room', which is sort of like a Meeting Room. Her High Guards, the Three Okanbans in the room with her and you. The Tobiroppo, (Shinuchi), out guarding the front. Finally, her Crew, the Beast Pirates, out and about on her Island... Onigashima...

Kaidou looks at you, smiling. She raises a standard drinking vessel, a traditional gourd-bottle. Like a cheers. She had drank quiet a few, but it'd take a LOT more until she gets drunk.
