Folklore has it that this wide river is the tears of someone wounded by their lover's taint and that they often emerge from the water's surface when the moon is full.
"Do you even believe in these stories?...You're so old-fashioned, Captain." Gaz said playfully and laughed along with Soap, think Price try to make them afraid as he walked past the riverside to return to base.
