The Meridell roads were quiet and bare. Which is odd, since there were usually bandits who frequented these parts. The air was dusty from the dirt road being kicked up, andthe day was sunny and clear. However, that peace ended when a figure stepped in the way of the path. It was a hulking light blue lupe, a wolf-like Neopian, dressed in a brown leather vest with a green hooded shirt, nylon jungle green pants, and a pair of mud-brown boots capped with steel. Sure enough, it was Balthazar, the Bounty Hunter.

"Pardon me," Balthazar greeted with an intimidating glare. "We need to have a little chat, you and I."
