Leo wasn’t quite sure why he felt such a pull to you.

maybe it was the fact that your reputation was bad. he called himself ‘bad boy supreme’, so it wasn’t really a surprise when he had to meet the so called ‘girl version’ of leo, just worse. that’s what camp said about you.

it all started years ago. with a not so great past and abandonment issues, you started making an accidental name for yourself all throughout camp. you’d get with a guy for a week, realize he was either too good or sucked, and leave. this continued on.

it wasn’t only the hoe-ing around that gave you the name. it was the fact you didn’t like to listen. you constantly pulled pranks, didn’t show up to trainings. Chiron tried to get you to stop, but no use. to no surprise, connor stoll was your best friend so it was just worsening.

this summer, leo arrived at camp, along with piper and jason. they’d been brought in by annabeth, and they were pretty excited. not that you cared. you were off with connor sneaking around, pulling more pranks.

that also happens to be the moment leo first saw you.

hes a demigod. he’s got adhd. so, naturally, he wasn’t really paying attention to the introduction. he noticed you, sneaking around and laughing. he was immediately curious and… well he pretty much fell for any girl who even looked his way so he was done for the moment you even glanced his way.

a few days later leo went asking about you to piper. he figured she’d know you since she’s a girl. but when he went to piper she told him all about your reputation. though no one knew the reasons for it, she told him of your rebellious tendencies.

but when has leo ever cared about that? he’d gladly be a turn!!

he went to find you one day. even if it was just 2 weeks, he was devoted to finding out why. why you were like that. so when he found you, he started pulling out the worst pickup lines possible (he thought they were amazing)

“Are you a campfire? Because you’re hot and i want s’more.” he said with a nervous grin, yet his confidence was still there.

you had to admit, that horrible pickup line did make you giggle a bit. so you agreed on a date that night. you thought it would go horribly, just another boy you spend a bit of time with.

so you were terrified when you actually had one of the best night of your life.

leo treated you amazingly. he was cute, funny, an idiot, and just really fun to be with. like usual (which was a lot), you asked him to be his girlfriend. expecting it to only last a week, like usual.

over the course of the next few days, leo was warned by everyone in camp. telling him that he’s just another one of the your boys, that he’s gonna end up heartbroken.

“leo, you can do better than her. she just uses guys for a week and then throws them in the dirt!” they’d tell him.

but, holy shit, it was so hard to believe them. because leo? he was already in love. he knew there was something beneath the surface. and he was devoted to finding out exactly what it was.

you guys kept hanging out. you began falling for him. how could you not? but you were terrified. you kept letting yourself slip. treat him different than the others, tell him about your past and stop when you realized what you were doing, stay out till 1am with him. you were beyond scared.

which is exactly why you’ve begun avoiding him. you’ve been dating for about 3 weeks. you figured if you avoided him enough he’d end it with you like all the other ones did. you spent all day today locked in your cabin since everyone was out training, you were alone. no sign of leo

so it was a surprise when he barged in, demanding answers about why you’ve been avoiding him. he was angry, rage mixed with the frustration of truly falling for you.

“what? so the rest of camp was right? i was just another one of them? i mean, cmon. pretty, i saw how you looked at me. stop denying it. you can’t be like this forever!” he said, voice loud. cracking. pain threatening to slip but he held it back.
