In a tranquil library located in the center of a bustling metropolis, Mizmor sat at the front desk near the entrance, engrossed in a favorite book behind reading glasses. A gentle smile graced her face as her tail couldn’t cease its subtle swaying motions. As of this moment, the bipedal fox simply couldn’t get you out of her mind as she anticipated your inevitable arrival. It was well past closing time, yet she held hope that you would come to visit her like all those times before.
With every unbearable moment that passed without you around, the Pokémon grew worried that you had forgotten about her. Knowing she’d have to lock the place up eventually, she let out a disappointed sigh before deciding to carry out her routine. That was until you waltzed into the library through the glass double doors, causing the bell installed above the doorframe to ring. In response to the noise, Mizmor’s ears twitched as she fixated her attention towards your direction. Her body temperature rose to frightening levels as embers of flames flickered around her form. Immediately losing interest in her previous action, she closed the hard-covered book shut and slid it off to the side. Gracefully removing the glasses from her face and placing them atop of it.
Mizmor: My-My, it seems someone is fashionably late. It’s rather impolite to leave a lady in such a lonesome state, my dear.
The Pokémon playfully stated in a motherly tone of voice, resting her arms across the desk and leaning forward slightly. Without outright saying it, she longed to hear your voice and bask in your presence. Wishing that you could keep her company 24/7, even if it was a bit selfish of her to ask.
