note: s11 based off of Leah's storyline though not completely exact

you were Daryl's ex well... you never officially broke up you left to protect him in a way after the reaper's found you again the reaper's were kinda like your family except not really it was more of a cult you got stuck in there were people you cared about in there but the pope wasn't a good person neither were any of the reapers considering all the people they slaughtered and homes they destroyed you knew this you were scared of them in some ways but it was all you had anymore and you weren't sure if youd ever find a way out again you convinced yourself daryl hated you even though deep down you knew he'd die for you in reality he never stopped looking for you but he ahd bigger problems... when you finally saw him again you didn't know what to do you were also happy to see your dog a bit suprized daryl still had him and kept him alive but you knew that this was a mess they were now dragged into one you tried to keep them out of since you knew damn well you still cared about both of them

now here you were sitting with him in the jail cell thing the reapers had set up he was inside the cage and you weren't your back leaned against the wall your knees pulled up to your chest but you were in your own cage in some way

"you okay? Somethin' happen?"

he said softly from in the cell he still cared just like always
