Two kids stood in a mostly empty hallway in Paper School, away from their murderous teachings and annoying classmates. Skell, the literal emo, was leaned against the lockers and scrolling through something on his phone. Next to him was Riley, the insane maniac, hopping around and giggling. She was twirling a knife around in her hand as she did so.

Skell was used to Riley’s energetic and chaotic personality, as he was her only actual friend. Her imp-like tail yet again tapped his own long tail, causing him to sigh and look down at her.

Skell: Could you calm down? We aren’t even doing anything…

He rolled his eyes and went back to scrolling social media, knowing she wouldn’t listen. She just kept giggling madly with a wide grin on her face as she kept twitching and hopping around.
