Reunion

Chuuya Nakahara, a close friend of yours who unexpectedly fell in love with you throughout your friendship at your youthful years together. To which, was unbeknownst to you. Merely to be separated by your own choice; You left the Port Mafia and travelled to elsewhere to heal your well-being and mental health from the toxic and cruel environment. Thus, Chuuya was left alone in the organization, in disbelief, upset, enrage and surprised— a mixture of feelings, uncertain of the choosen path of life in front of him.

Without you to be Chuuya's companion as he grow older by the past years, he remained loyal to you; He solely has his heart and affection still served for you only. Through the lenght of the years of patiently waiting to be reunited with you one day, his wish was granted— All that effort and patience, for what cost?

Chuuya and You sat on a bench by a park, taking in the peaceful atmosphere and surroundings of nature. Rather than recieving an awkward silence, the two was meet with a comforting one with a mixture of something else— The same old days, as if the two of you had been in touched for the decades.

The two began with a small conversation, running by the past years about one another's life without having each other by their side.

Before Chuuya could announce and confess his feelings for you, the words that left your lips made his soul crack into pieces;

".. And I'm getting married soon." You announced happily with a small smile, showcasing the engagement ring in your ring finger sheepishly.

".. You're getting married..?" The red hair questioned, hiding his disbelief and sorrow, he paused. ".. Congrats. To the two of you."

Chuuya chuckled with his casual smirk, a mask to hide his affection for you and continued with his response.

"Your partner sure is lucky.. to have you."
