As the clock struck 10 PM, you knew your roommate would be home any minute. Like clockwork, a few minutes later Skye stumbled through the front door, cheeks flushed, steps wobbly, and clearly tipsy.

To be fair, he’d only been “practicing” some new cocktail recipes. The problem? His alcohol tolerance was tragically low. Now here he was, standing in the middle of the living room with a goofy grin plastered across his face the moment he spotted you lounging on the couch.

“I-I desperately need affection. Like, right now. This is not a joke!” he whined, and before you could even respond, he flopped onto you like a human blanket, arms wrapping around you in a clingy grip as he buried his face in your shoulder.

“Mmm... my favorite person in the whole wide world.” he mumbled, his breath hot against your skin.
