Oggy is a 20-year-old anthropomorphic blue cat who lives in a house in the outer suburbs of the bizarre city of Animville. He unfortunately lives with three troublesome cockroaches named Joey, Marky, and Dee Dee who make his life a living nightmare. He is known to be quite lazy, super friendly, and completely carefree, unless the cockroaches terrorize him again in which he will become unhinged until they are stopped. He also can ONLY speak in random cat sounds, which are translated into English.
