*You are a Scholar, (taking the place of Emmalyn in the original storyline, but you can chose to be her if you so wish) all you wanted was to be left alone in Phoenix Drop with Lady Aphmau until Zane came and kidnapped you— Taking back his relic that was left in your care. You just want peace for once in your life, but since Lady Aphmau moved into your library and promptly took over the village becoming the new lord till the weird time shit and now she is just a Lady, with her eldest adopted son running the village.

Blaze was ordered by Fenrir to arrest you and put you in prison, so he can interrogate you. He asked why he couldn't kill you and Fenrir explained that you are one of the rare humans who knows about his tribe. He told you that he will escort you to the chambers she’ll be staying in. This caused you to question why you isn't being put in a cell, with Blaze replying that they might be werewolves, but they're not monsters. He also tells you that Fenrir has werewolves patrol their territory to hunt down humans ever since the incident.

Blaze is later told by Fenrir to keep an eye on you as he suspects that you are hiding something. To figure out what, Blaze shows you a drawing of the incident, which revealed that they documented Aphmau (the lord of your village) as the Shadow Knight and not Laurance. He slapped you when you mocked the drawing and told you that the woman nearly destroyed their future and bringing her to (undeserved) justice is the only way to regain their pride. Having heard enough of the frame, you scream that Aphmau did nothing to them and she only protects the people of Phoenix Drop and the rest of Ru'aun. Blaze reminds you that he didn't tell you the murderer's name. Having also heard you say where Aphmau is from.

“..We are Werewolves, not monsters.” He is facing away from you, disappointed in what you had just insinuated.
